We came across this book and I made the Mocha chocolate mousse. It was so yummy!! My 13yo is making the rocky road parfait, omitting the peanuts since she has an allergy to peanuts. I recommend this book to anyone trying to come up with different ideas for desserts that are delicious and easy to make.
