About the Author Herb, part of the The Stoner's Cookbook, is a small team of dedicated individuals who continue to provide the premier source for recipes and information about cooking with cannabis. By lucas@digitalus.co.nz This is probably the definitive new book on cooking with cannabis and is a must for any chef - pro or amateur - who wants to rock out a classy edible to impress their friends. I've tried a few books like this in the past and they were just poorly written and it was hard to know whether to trust the chefs - this is valuable bud we're cooking with! But Melissa Parks and Laurie Wolf are pretty well known in the scene. Laurie's husband Bruce shot the photos which are gorgeous! There's heaps of variety in this book - it not only contains 100 or so recipes covering everything from appetizers to mains and desserts but it also includes variations on classic stoner recipes like muffins and cookies.The book also includes a lot of information on cannabis - history, use in cooking, use as a medicine, strains, dosing etc. Plus the book comes from the Stoner's Cookbook (the #1 cannabis recipe site on the web, it's been around since 2006 and has over 4 million Facebook followers!).There's a recipe for every occasion and budget: Mexican Hot Chocolate, Gluten-Free Almond Raspberry Cake, Seared Sirloin with Savory Bread Pudding, Granola, Lime Curry Chickpea Salad .. it's hard to know where to start!This is also a great gift, not only for your stoner friends (who are probably tired of getting bongs every Christmas lol) but also for people who use cannabis for medicinal and pain-relief reasons, giving them a new repertoire of ways to get THC into their systems :)

I don't know what's more fantastic, the content or the experience of reading the book.I was given the book as a gift and I am tremendously thankful for it.

I'm Mastering the Art of Cooking with Cannabis "Thank you HERB By Amazon Customer I'ave been prescribed medical marijuana for Cronic back and neck pain as well as PTSD. I was told to vaporize rather then smoke it as it is healthier then burning. A friend recommended that I try eatables because I'm not a fan of prescription Medicains and their side effects/addictions. I was givin a brownie an was amazed that the eatable worked better for my pain then smoking or vaporizing and I felt fully aware not getting that heady high and dry mouth. I have purchased this book so I can try the delicious recipes controlling my own dosages. I'm new to making eatables and can't wait to Master the Art of Cooking with Cannabis. The Book is amazing so easy to follow and understand the process. Cannabis 101 in the introduction explains everything you need to know before you even begin cooking.These recipes can be made with or without HERB and the photos will make you mouth water.I highly recommend "HERB" Masering the Art of Cooking with Cannabis, you won't be disappointed.
