By George Vazquez In my never ending search to incorporate healthy eating into my family’s diet, I eagerly purchased this book wanting to check out what all the hype was surrounding this new “super food”. I am so glad I did. The book starts out with a simple and easy to follow introduction on Quinoa, where it came from, its benefits and why it is so healthy for us. I learned just the right amount of information without going into too much depth. Quinoa is a gluten free product that is very high in protein and anti-oxidants. Recommended!
0 of 0 people found the following review helpful. Really Good Recipes By Rebecca Cohen Have tried most of the recipes. I have thyroid problem so can't have millet and brown rice has arsenic on it so you have to rinse it about 5x before cooking. Quinoa is a great substitution.
