By Amazon Customer Food, is as important to me as any other aspect of entertaining. To hear a compliment from a guest at my table, makes the work and worry worthwhile. Books tend to be a bit much for me and I often quit on the recipes... "Prepare to Party" has kept me on track, and helps make preparation so much easier and more fun. The tastes Ana has offered are simply pleasant surprises.and talk about something to see...beautiful presentations. I might even buy better table service, or at least better napkins. Easy to follow.
