Exiting and tasty recipes from South America and the Caribbean By Maggie Garside I loved Gillie & Dana's first book 'amuse-bouche' and have really got into amuse-bouche cooking. It's great fun and never ceases to impress my guests! This new book has some really exciting and tasty recipes from South America and the Caribbean. There are over 160 pages and all the recipes have lovely colour photos so you know what it's supposed to look like. Thoroughly recommended.
