It is not fancy with colorful pictures that adds to the cost of the book, but all I care is well-written recipes. I am a Turkish American and can be a judge for a good Turkish dish. These recipes will provide your and your guests' taste buds with enjoyable memories. If you are familiar with Turkish food, you will appreciate the deliverables of these recipes. What you buy with the amount you pay is unbeatable. I highly recommend this book.

This cookbook has mostly simple recipes that use ingredients easily found in US kitchens.I have tried several of these recipes and have enjoyed each dish. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. The author clearly has much experience with Turkish cooking and has shared this experience with her readers. Fun cookbook! Afiyet Olsun!
