It's infecting people with diabetes, heart disease, and studies have shown that it's a precursor to cancer. This is a different way to look at sugar. But, sadly, this is also very true.Sugar Detox for Beginners is a very great guide on how to bust sugar cravings to eventually stop sugar addiction. This action may also lead to weight loss and a happy healthy life. Who wouldn't want to wake up refreshed every morning and to actually lose some weight? I think everyone wants this. And this book has shown how it can be done--thru the Sugar Detox Diet! I personally appreciate this book and how it has explained what I need to do.

By Lucky Rinna It is very important that you prepare yourself properly for this lifestyle change. You may find it hard to cope at first, but you will soon get used to a decreased sugar intake during your 21-Day Sugar Detox. Once you've succeeded at your detox, this book will help you stay away from unhealthy foods and avoid going back to your sugar addiction.This book focuses on limiting sucrose, the common type of sugar we add to our food. Basically, sucrose is a combination of fructose and glucose.The sugar free recipes are included in chapter 4 of this book. so take your time to read such important books because for my case it helped to improve on my eating habits especially when I reduced on the intake of carbonated drinks.

Sugar is one of those ingredients that is in more foods and drinks that we realize and in quantities that we wouldn't believe. This book will give you a great starting off point to make decisions on what foods and drinks you want to put into your body and those that you want to avoid. At first i wasn't aware about this but now it gave me fully understanding. This book was like a life savior for me because it showed how I can boost my energy levels and lose weight at the same time. I liked that this book is very detailed, explains everything you need to know to lose weight and increase your energy.Before i was really thinking to cut all my sugar intake but i just realized that i don't need to cut them in my diet but i have to take control of it because our body also needs sugar for proper function. I recommend this book to anyone who tries to take care of their health.
