By Jessie I have always thought that dutch ovens can be used only to cook outdoors but a close friend of mine occasionally uses it at home to make delicious dishes. I was inspired to get one for myself. A handful of recipes given in this book gave me the basic idea of different dishes I could work with. I am very excited to try cheesecake! I was surprised to know that I can prepare cheesecake using dutch oven.
