By ShiraSongbird This is the exact same recipe book that came with my new Instant pot that I bought a few months ago; word for word. One big and important difference is that all the cooking times are different. REALLY DIFFERENT! Almost all of the cooking times were greatly reduced as compared with the book that came with my IP. Just one example...soaked kidney beans: 20-25 minutes listed in the original book and 7-8 minutes listed in this digital book.I knew that the times in the book that came with the IP were incorrect and now I have the correct times all in one place. I went through and wrote the new times in my hard copy of the recipe book.The recipes by various other authors were totally unchanged. It is just the cooking charts that are new and changed. ALL OF THEM!No explanation was given for the big change. I would like to see an explanation.

Wilcox While I understand the frustration some people had when they discovered that this is the same book that came with the Instant Pot, I find it really handy having it in the Kindle digital format. Also, cooking time tables have changed, so I appreciate having the corrected times as well. Definitely well worth the 99 cents I paid.
