0 of 0 people found the following review helpful. DANGER DANGER By Abu Talij DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF JUNK. I collect Lebanese cookbooks, and bought this "pamphlet" because of the name. I should have looked at the description more carefully. My own fault. It is less than 30 pages long, and has less than twenty recipes in it. To make it worse, the recipes are not even very authentic Lebanese. This is something that the cooking channel gives away as a promotion. Do NOT be fooled like I was. I would give it ZERO stars if I could. You have been warned. Buy nothing from these people.

Imagine learning about the previous cooking secrets of the Middle East? This is something worth considering so that one will not be bored on preparing the same menu over and over. This book has given so much ideas and new words or terms for me too. A new learning is something I always welcome.

By Harra Conticelli The recipes are good, there's some nice information in the book, but I was definitely expecting something with more recipes to it! I've picked up thicker recipe pamphlets at the grocery store! Definitely not worth giving as a Christmas gift, and certainly not worth paying $10! My fault, I should have done my research...
