By Joanne Jean I was excited about this book as breakfast for me is usually something I can grab quickly while leaving home on the way to the gym before work or stopping at McDonald’s for a single order of scrambled eggs. I was happy to see the first recipe was “Scrambled Egg Mugs” which replaces my McDonald’s breakfast. This is a very healthy substitute and it is cost effective. For the cost of 1 single order of scrambled eggs, I can buy the ingredients for my work week’s breakfast! A savings already.I was intrigued to try “Best Ever Eggs.” I found them to live up to their name. They were delicious and moist. The Yogurt Parfait was a great option to sneak in protein in an easy to put together breakfast. Overall, this book will help to break up the boredom of eating the same things every morning! I recommend this book.
