Through the years I've seen more and more convention-goers dress up as their favorite characters from books, comics, movies, and TV shows. It's such an amazing pop-culture phenomenon that has hooked me into bringing my DSLR totake pictures of cosplayers, short for "costume play", at San Diego Comic Con, Anime Expo, Wondercon, etc.This book is the culmination of Ejen's nearly one-year journey to capture the stories of cosplayers throughout America. I purchased this book as a backer of the Kickstarter project back in 2013.

This book is a much better introduction to the hobby, culture of people who cosplay. The first volume lack any kind of meat beyond photgraphs of people in costume. This book is a great introduction. The first volume makes a great companion to this book.
