I was really surprised to know that there are 60 different recipes of jerky. All the recipes seem simple. I have tried garlic pepper blast jerky. It was filled with flavor and it's delicious. I am inspired to try the rest of them. When it comes to cheese I always thought that it a painstaking process. But the recipes are simple.
