Useful Cookbook By Bethany Wild I have family coming to stay over the holiday season from Germany and wanted to cook something traditional German for them. This cookbook has lots of useful recipes that I can use to cook some of their favorite foods, some of my favorite recipes within the book was the German Style Chilli and and the cheesecake recipe I will definitely be using these recipes throughout their stay. Its a good cookbook that's easy to read and worth anyone getting to expand their knowledge of different countries foods.

Out of 15 or more German cooks that I own, I use this one the most. I find that it is on a level with the old TIME-LIFE Foods of the World Series with many more recipes. Give it a try.

There were a few glitches in the directions, but anyone who has cooked a few things should be able to figure them out. The recipes were simple and used things that I probably already had on hand.
