Not bulletproof By Sonia the Reader While many of these recipes focus on Bulletproof ingredients such as Upgraded Vanilla, at least one recipe includes raw kale and in the smoothie description it states "all these fruits and vegetables are bulletproof!"I haven't closely evaluated all the other recipes, but skimming through and finding that is enough to make me doubt the author actually has much knowledge of the BPD.
