Info NOT SAFE By Amazon Customer While I didn't read the ebook word for word, I read enough that shows the author writing about half baked info on the net rather than experience or knowledge based on research.The info on canning could make you sick enough that death could occur. If you are going to write info like this, but fail to give unsafe info the author should and could be held accountable in the eyes of the law regardless of a disclaimer about the info is for entertainment purposes only. If you are going to include this type of info you had better know your stuff or have correct info and invest in insurance that will protect you if a lawsuit is made against you. as they say if you can't take the heat, get out of the kitchen.The info that is horribly wrong is about canning foods. Only a certain limited types of food can be put in a hot water bath to seal jars. But even then you must be careful about multi ingredient foods like salsa. The amount of each ingredient in salsa is so very critical. If you have too much of one ingredients it will not be safe to eat. Sickness will occur and possibly death for some as well if they are not in good health to start with. While other foods must be put into a pressure cooker to can and seal them properly. But again ingredients can be critical and some foods should not be ingredients used in the jars at all. The old school type, not an electric one. The electric type is great for putting dinner into, but just the food, not jars. But then again pressure cookers that are old school must be watched carefully and understanding of how to use them. If too much pressure is built up inside they can explode. Seriously.... my MIL knew a woman that died because she did not tend it properly.So once again, unsafe info is given which can be harmful that could make someone very ill, and death could even occurs.Sadly I see this more often than I should with various ebooks. Not just in this area but many others as well. Sadly so many are doing a few Google searches to write a half baked ebook to make a quick buck. Know your stuff before publishing this type of info. It's serious stuff and the disclaimer is a joke and would not hold up in a court of law. Is it worth it?

(Mama's Little Minions) A good starting point but there are much better books out there with survival pantry information in them, this is like an intro guide if you ask me, while it has good information you can gain a lot more through other books. Overall, it was a good read but again it needs more to it.
