This book begins with a brief discussion on how low carbs can really help one’s health and also some nutrition facts in low carb baking. There are a few recipes listed in the book but they are all easy to make and delicious based on the picture for the way it was decorated is mouth-watering. I would love to try the basic cookie recipes during my free time for the ingredients is not that expensive and easy to find. Great low carb baking!

How about baking low carb desserts for a change?They are just as delicious, provided you find the right ingredients to substitute for the high carb ones. The recipes provide for some delicious Christmas cookies and can be decorated easily and the kids wont even know they’re healthy.
