The origins; how beer was viewed in the late 80 and even beyond during the time of the Pharos.Beer has actually come a long way, a drink like no other. In this book, Tadio takes his readers through the journey and back. The book is a straight forward, informative read. Best of all Tadio added the humour which is synonymous with drinking beer and having a good time. That’s the chapter that I love the most, Fun Facts about Beer.For all beer drinkers, this is a must have book if you want to discover even more exotic and tasty beer from around the world.

The taste of beer differ from where country it comes from. I really appreciate the way this book is written. I got some knowledge about the history of beer and the primary ingredients of it. I even got some ideas on how to make beer. Drinking beer really gives us that unexplainable feelings especially after a long day from work. And drinking beer of course must be paired with delicious dishes. These book suggested all the delicious foods that go deliciously with the beer. Some of these foods are spicy, fries, pizza, cheese and more. However, whatever you want to pair with your beer, it can be. It all depend on you.

No history of any certain brand, but of beers in general. For example, I always wondered why an IPA beer was heavier and fuller flavored than say, a Bud. Well now I know. Fascinating book, and an excellent addition to any beer drinker's library. We can be just as snobby, if not snobbier, than any wine drinker (I know there's a word for it, but, hum, my buzz as the author mentions). Excellent.
