It makes perfect sense why such diets would result in weight loss and an increase in the level of harmony of my body, mind and soul. Great starter recipes. It starts with a short and understandable review of the diet. Written in plain speak without wasting a word. Perfect book to a grab off the shelf or tablet, make a trip to the fridge and in no time you have a smoothie within the guidelines. Invaluable at the start when you have no time and are itching to begin your regimen. I got it and I'm using it. Use it, too!
