I really have a busy schedule and I can’t find time to do some exercises I also find it hard to prepare healthy meals.That’s the reason why I’m into browsing different diet books to get simple and easy recipes that can help me lose weight, preparing with less effort and time.This ketogenic diet book is included on the list of book I got and I’m so glad to have it.I often hear this ketogenic and with the help of this book I just got some head start to a healthy and fit body.It explains well how ketogenic really works together with recipes I can start to change my eating routine.The approach is very different from other diet book, it makes understand how food reacts in our body. It is short but it provided all the things that I needed to know about Ketogenic diet, from its meaning to benefits, basics, food lists and recipes as well as the precautions. The book structure is neat and organized which contributed to the easiness of reading and understanding it. The recipe instructions are easy-to-follow and the nutritional data table were really helpful.
