Good Introduction To Keto Diet By Ethan Powers I have to admit that ketogenic diet is very new to me and I was delighted to read this book.It is clear to me now regarding the three types of ketogenic diet and the benefits such as the reduction in sugar cravings, increased energy and of course the weight loss.Teresa also mentioned about the risks involved, which is good, as we need to be aware or them, just in case.The important macronutrients are explained and an interesting topic on the myths of eating fruits and vegetables is an eye opener.I didn't know that fruit sugar can be more fattening than glucose.The highlight of the book is the 10 day meal plan and recipes.Overall, recommended if you are exploring the Keto diet.

By KeeReview I've been waiting to try out this Ketogenic thing for a while but I've been put off by the idea that it is difficult to get started.This book not only proved me wrong but inspired me to begin right away. The 10-Day Plan provide a very good incentive to actually “get into Keno” and begin to lose weight the right and safe way. It is also a well-written book and easy to read all the way through. Highly recommended.

Very informative book, great for beginner like me By Felicia Nathan I heard a lot of people mentioned the Keto diets, and I was interested to find out all about it and even try the diet myself. This was my first book on Keto, and I must say it did not disappoint me at all. It is very informative and easy to follow. I think if you could implement this diet into your lifestyle properly, you would be able to see real result real soon.
