Salads without Grain is a wonderful go-to book for interesting salads and dressings, all homemade, all delicious. I especially love the gorgeous photos and the listings at the end that shows which salads use which dressings. Her combinations are tasty, healthy, and filling. I have already made 3 of her dressings that proved to be a huge hit with me and my husband. I had just put Dijon mustard on my grocery list but then made her recipe-and promptly crossed it off forever! You would do yourself a favor to have this easy reference for those times when you cannot decide on what to make for a meal.

By sciencespice These recipes are simple and easy to follow, but the flavors are complex and satisfying! Try the butter lettuce and spring salad with honey mustard dressing the next time you have salmon. Trust me, you will start planning your meals around the salad and not the other way around. I especially love the way the recipes pair seasonal fruits and vegetables with just the right complement of cheese and dressing. The dressing recipes alone are worth the price.

I highly recommend it for anyone who wants inspiration to create delicious, healthy meals! There are no specific measurements, so you can put as much or as little of the suggested ingredients as you want. It gives you leeway to be as creative as you would like. I've made several salads and have not been disappointed! Once again, Hayley's creativeness & taste for delicious grain-free meals has blown me away!
