By Gary Gedall This is an incredible book!!And what wonderful value for money, 159 pages of information, advice and the most healthy, mouth watering recipes, that you could imagine.(And no, half the book is not made up of pretty pictures, there are none, it's all just good, written stuff).Breakfast, lunch, dinner and desserts, snacks and drinks.So well done .What interested me the most, (okay, after the desserts), was the stuffed apple with beef recipe, can't wait to try it.

By james benjamin I Really enjoyed reading this book , my origins are Mediterranean and love the food , from olive oil to fresh fish , this is the one of the healthiest food possible , i liked a lot the tones of recipes included in this book , my favorites were : the cheesy avocado toast as well as our Lebanese fattoush salad . Recommending this book definitely !!

By Cyndi Jones While I don't really care for seafood, which is what I think of when I hear Mediterranean, this book is filled with much more.This diet recommends you eating fruit 3 to 4 times a day, however its fruits that are higher in fiber and loaded with antioxidants. (And it needs to be fresh, you can't substitute) Of course as with every diet you need your veggies. The book outlines the benefits and the vitamins found in veggies, such as red peppers that contain valueable nutrients such as lycopene which helps prevent mascular deterioration.Along with detailed information about the diet, it provides serveral recipes as well.
