I wouldn't have to stick to one or 2 meals since i've got many to choose from. Its a book that speaks for itself. Glad to have amazon deliver it to virtually all of my devices.

By Ador I was a little skeptical, but I ended up learning so much from this book about what's REALLY healthy and what isn't so I can lose weight and never feel starved! A lot of diet books are either full of fluff or too heavy on the science for me, but this was the perfect balance of science, facts, and personal stories so I was never bored and could clearly understand how and why this diet really works.

Weight loss without effort By Denniger Bolton The Bulletproof diet is an upgraded paleo diet, which according to the author of this book, Dave Scott, the main reason the paleo diet is so popular and works for dieters, is that it removes grain, a high source of mold contamination. So, you want to get toxins out of your diets since once you remove or reduce inflammation, you lose weight. I’m not sure the author explained the differences between paleo and bulletproof, or maybe I missed it. This diet recommends 60% be healthy fat, 20% good quality meat (protein) and the rest vegetables and a tiny bit of starch. As this is mainly a recipe book, the recipes included are very tasty. There is an entire section on avocado recipes, a healthy fat, a several coconut recipes. One I was particularly interested in was the Cashew Coconut Creamer which is dairy free.
