I don't usually find eggs spectacular, but now I couldn't help reading through your book ...and I'm on intermittent fasting. It was all about the fine cover, of course ...but then I discovered a whole good book with a pleasant feel. There are many recipes I didn't know and everything is quite nicely formatted and explained. My favorite: Zucchini, Cheese, and Dill Frittata & Asparagus and Parmesan Omelette. Nicely spiced up recipes and lovely pictures, too...great job.
