Not only do you get delicious recipes, but you also can instruction on how to properly use your Paderno. I think this is a good tool for utilizing the Spiralizer and I use the recipes every week. Thanks to the author. I look forward to more great ideas from you. I'm glad I bought it because it'll help me be more creative. A great addition for those looking to eat less carbs and more whole foods. Love it!!

Great cookbook By Cynthia Steinback The Paderno Spiralizer is a kitchen gadget that can turn fruits and vegetables into long, spaghetti-like noodles, into fine angel-hair strands, or into flat ribbons. This book is a very interesting cookbook which provides about 50 recipe that can be made using the Paderno Spiralizer. I really liked this cookbook and the amazing recipes provided, but I wish it had some illustrating picture for the recipes or even the Paderno Spiralizer itself.

Each recipe is written very clear and easy to understand. I am able to find the ingredients at my local grocery store. I like this book and going to try more recipes. Even if you don’t own a spiralizer, this cookbook will inspire you to go out and get one.
