By Jacob Brown I'm not really fond of eating healthy until I got sick. Haha. Yeah! So now I have to eat them, no choice. Eating the same kinda stuff every day got me bored so I searched for ways to make my vegetables and fruits experience exciting and luckily a friend of mine gave me this book in paper back.It gives out a lot of exciting ways you can prepare your vegetables - soups, noodles, desserts, snacks, smoothies, lunch, dinner, and lots more. So you may now enjoy your vegetables and fruits in a different way but still very nutritious and healthy.Enjoy!

Am more into the juice section because I like drinking more than the eats, So I guess the first 4 recipes will work for me like green juice and green energy smootie or the Clementine Creamsicle Smoothie. Possibly this will help your body pick and choose from a larger variety of foods to crave! This helps you eat a more balanced, nutritious diet and we should be taking in more greens to reduce on the toxins from the oils we eat on a daily basis.

I often eat meat as well as the kids. But later on I noticed I am being lazy eating veggies. I asked my friend to help me out and then he recommended this book. So far so good. I like the idea of including even one recipe in a meal. In fact, me and my kids tried one of the dish and found it so delicious. I would love to prepare a veggie recipe once a day. Thanks for the help!
