By jcab10 I really liked reading this book I recently decided to start a low carb diet and have been collecting recipe books that will help me create great food while on the diet and this book is one that I will definitely add to the list. I love this fact that in the book this starts off by explaining the diet, the benefits of the diet and the do's and don'ts of the diet. The book helps the readers understand why they are able to eat certain foods on the diet and why they are not able to eat other foods. The best part about the book is that it list a 14 day meal plan that the readers are able to follow that will help them get started on the diet. Proving a full meal plan for each day that includes breakfast, lunch and dinner. Great read if you are a beginner to the ketogenic diet.

A bit of variety always helps. Some of the sentence structure could use a little work but the meat of the book looks good.
