They are always 50 of some sort of recipe - like 50 Tacos, 50 Seafood, 50 Burrito recipes. I was intrigued by making my own chips. As in his other books, Mr. Levin points out that when you are making a dish from ingredients that you buy or grow or catch yourself and you cook it yourself, you don't have to worry about all the hidden stuff, all the unpronounceable chemicals and salts manufacturers include. I never thought about making my own potato chips. I do like the ones you can get at festivals and fairs but that can really cost you. But I made some of my own and boy are they the best thing I've ever had, or not? He has a lot of recipes, 50 of them for everything from Potato Chips to Nori Chips to Carrot Chips to Roast Sweet Potato Chili Chips to Vegetable Chips. I have a hard time making it past the chip aisle in the health food store because that's where they keep the Veggie Chips, but can you imagine how good they are going to taste when you make your own?

It was not my first time to read books from Denny Levin, and I can say that all his books are totally amazing and helpful recipes. It can help me in different ways, to a party, hang out, get together stuffs and events. I want to learn as soon as possible this chips recipes. ;)
