Most are deep fried in oil.No nutritional information and no pictures. Few are baked but they are not very healthy.Fascinating to learn how other countries made their donuts. Large section dedicated to fritters and other things that don't resemble a donut.Bonus membership to the author's book club

By Daisy flower Donuts are our favorite, before getting this book I used to buying them all the time. Now I can cook them on my own, the book is packed with all kinds of recipes with different flavors and donuts’ ideas to make them really perfect. I guess my donuts are great for the first time but still I’m learning and sometimes it takes more time than I plan before. Anyway, they are really delicious….

By Kristen Well i can just kiss my diet goodbye.This cookbook has too many mouthwatering donut recipes.We made a couple of them so far like the glazed , and with sprinkles and they turned out great.This has super easy recipes and they are pretty much fool-proof.But don't take my word for it... your scale wont thank you :) lol
