One - no information about the author such as background, education, etc. What gives her the authority to write about this topic? I have no idea. Two - the writing is horrible, choppy, grammatically incorrect - " If you are able to gradually make small changes, you can eventually follow a raw food diet entirely. Jumping into the deep end feet first can be a bad idea." "One Ripe Bananas", "One Quart Cup Of Crushed Walnuts", "Two Tablespoons of Syrup" (what Syrup?). Not to mention some of the recipes look questionable - Veg Kebobs involve cut vegetables with vanilla yogurt poured on them.

This book is an excellent reference for everyone who lives a healthy lifestyle. There are plenty of recipes for all meals of the day, which are very easy to cook and can suit every taste and lifestyle. I tried Spicy Pate. It was an amazing meal.Great reference for healthy eating fans.

Recently I came across raw food diet. I didn't have much knowledge about it until I found this book. The name itself indicates raw food so it does not require much time to prepare. Main ingredients in most of the recipes are fresh fruits and vegetables which is very easy to get and tasty to eat!
