By SABRINA H We love chicken because it is less fat and easy to be tenderize.When I saw Chef Maggie Chow book (she's one of my favorite chef),I never hesitated to grab this book.For my excitement I already tried her chicken thigh french style and apricot.It is too easy to prepare and easy to cook.It is also delicious that really fit our taste buds.I will try all of the recipes given in this book for sure.Now I don't have to worry what kind of chicken recipes to cook everytime we want chicken in our table.
