By Oscar Lozano I was under the misconception about difficulty level of following the low carb diet until I found this book. It was very informative about low carb diet. I liked the breakfast recipes. They were fast and easy to make. The instructions were very simplified and the nutritional facts was informative. I have tried the blue Berty lime muffins for breakfast and fiesta chicken for dinner. They tasted great. I am hoping to try the dessert recipes.

By NC I’ve heard so many times about the benefits of low carb diet, but never tried to cook on my own those types of dishes. I find it quite easy especially with a help of slow cooker to follow the directions and prepare most of the recipes from this book. The presentation of each recipes is good, I can find all kinds of recipes suitable for any occasion or any meal of the day. Good to learn and try new healthy dishes, thanks.
