I’ve got more recipes to try with this set, need some practice , but all dishes are really good even at first time. Glad to have these cooking books, excited to try most of recipes, now I can combine two cooking ways.

This book looks inspiring enough to temp me to try the recipes. There is a good variety of recipes. There were a few not so inspiring, but overall it looks like a good book with how to maintain your pressure cooker.

Most all cookbooks include portion sizes which are definitely needed in diet books. This is a defect in the book that should be addressed in order for it to be helpful.
